Steffen Kirchhoff’s journey into meditation and spiritual healing through music is a story of awakening and alignment. Born and raised in Germany, Steffen’s immersion into the world of shamanic downtempo and organic house music marked the beginning of his sonic journey. However, a pivotal spiritual awakening in 2011, catalyzed by Falun Gong’s practice, propelled him into the realm of meditation and holistic healing.
Embracing his calling as a Sonic Alchemist, Steffen ventured deeper into meditation and spiritual practices, guided by the essence of “Ki” – the life force energy. In the depths of this exploration, he found resonance with nature and metaphysics, shaping his musical style into an organic shamanic journey of healing and introspection.
¨Those profound experiences have deeply influenced and inspired me spiritually but also affected my approach to music creation, and I shifted from Melodic Techno and Deep House to more organic shamanic Downtempo music. So the focus was not so much on just making people dance but allowing them to go on a deep journey of introspection and self-exploration and to harmonize and reconnect with nature.¨ Steffen Ki

¨I believe that nature is the greatest sound healer because there are no distortions in the vibrations that nature emits. That’s why I love to work with organic and native instruments that represent the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) like flutes, shamanic drums, seed shakers kalimbas, sansulas, and for the attunement and pure frequencies, I love instruments like Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls and Tuning Forks.¨ Steffen Ki
