Although my firewall is off (ESET) still Pulse is not able to connect with the certificate. So due to this i am not able to download and install Oracle X which i just bought. Any suggestions?

Thanks, my Windows 10 laptop and desktop give an issue but I can login with my Mac. But I need the files on my Windows machine but will try if this works out
